In 1982 Tom Hall established Hall Contracting Inc., specializing in small residential construction & remodel/restoration projects in the upper peninsula of Michigan. Tom worked for the better part of his early years as a one man business & not only grew in his skills as a carpenter but was also able to focus on the importance of customer relations, satisfaction and most importantly builder/customer communication which he found was the best choice for a foundation to build on!Since that time Hall Contracting Inc. has gained itself a wealth of experience in building knowledge and application. Hall Contracting has worked long and hard and has grown into an unrivaled reputation for technical expertise in all areas of their and associated building trades. We offer our many customers not only this experience and expertise but also reliability, consistency and service second to none. Hall Contracting over its many years of service has become a very diverse corporation in its ranges of building processes as well as types and sizes of projects which cover a broad spectrum of commercial & residential panelized wall systems and erection services. Our wall systems are built in a controlled environment using the latest in wall panel machine technology which promotes efficiency and most importantly quality control. From there the panel system is mobilized to the site where our team of highly skilled carpenters begins the erection process. Our erection process eliminates on average 52% of the time needed to erect using conventional methods such as site building. This eliminates costly delays and sub contractor scheduling problems. Another valuable advantage our wall systems have over conventional building is the time period your materials are left unprotected to the elements. This type of "outside the box" building strategy has made us at Hall Contracting and more importantly our valued customers firm believers that our system is a frontrunner in the way of building a better future for us all.
